Inside the house, Gianna was busy in the kitchen.
Dorothy came over to help her.
Gianna, with a worried look on her face, was chopping vegetables. “Let’s find a time to transfer your brother to a different hospital. It was wrong of mom to accept his arrangement so hastily before. We shouldn’t have let Rogelio be at the mercy of others.”
Her eyes welled up with tears, she turned her head and wiped them away, filled with regret, “Mom is now afraid that he will do something to Rogelio.”
