The next day, Aria was cleaning up in Charlie’s hospital room.
To avoid attracting attention, she packed things separately and had Javier’s bodyguard help take some out.
Aria walked out of the ward and ran into Sergio and Javier
Javier looked at her. “All packed up?”
She nodded.
Transferring Charlie from the Ravencrest pack’s hospital was still a bit nerve–wracking.
“Don’t worry, I contacted the Vice President of Royal Lycan Hospital and he agreed. And the hospital’s decision doesn’t necessarily have to go through the Ravencrest Pack, unless absolutely necessary. Even if we transfer your brother, Kane won’t know about it right now.”
Hearing him say this, Aria felt somewhat reassured. “That’s good then.”
“Has Kane agreed to the bond dissolution?”
Aria paused for a moment, then shook her head. “He probably thinks I want a end only because of another man. His possessiveness is getting in the way, so he won’t agree to it.”

“When you get there, make sure to let me know.”
Aria’s eyes curved into crescents as she smiled. “Okay.”
“Where are you headed?”
Kane sat in his wheelchair, his arms resting on the armrests with his fingers interlaced. A bodyguard was slowly pushing him forward from behind.
Aria’s smile faltered slightly, and for a moment she was thrown off guard.
Javier looked at him. “I heard Alpha Ravencrest was recovering in the hospital. Looks like it’s true.”
“Thanks for your concern, Alpha Stafford. You’re really living up to your role as the future son–in–law of the Ravencrest pack.”

“Aria,” Kane called her name. “Come here.”
