Olivia truly loves Lucas.
Loves him enough to forgive him again and again, loves him enough to endure violence and pain
and still not leave him, loves him enough to make him her entire world.
This is wonderful.
Taking away someone’s entire world brings me far more joy than simply killing them.
Olivia didn’t realize my eyes were red from excitement.
She thought I had finally broken under the torment.
Crouching down smugly, she poked my forehead with her sharp nails:
“Let me tell you, if Lucas wasn’t still in the hospital, if I wasn’t considering public opinion and didn’t want to cause more trouble, your punishment would be far worse than this.””
Olivia left with her lackeys.
I lay on the bathroom floor, laughing silently.
Poor Olivia. She was a normal person.
Only normal people would talk about “considering public opinion.” In the dictionary of us lunatics,
there’s only only “I want, I don’t care, I get.”
I got up, admiring Olivia’s beautiful retreating figure.
A normal woman, loving a man like Lucas so deeply.

She was absolutely doomed.
Olivia had no idea she was doomed.
She happily accompanied Lucas.
They walked hand in hand in the small garden, looking like the perfect couple straight out of a TV
drama.
But Olivia couldn’t spend all her time at the psychiatric facility. She still had to help manage Lucas’s companies on the outside.
On the days Olivia wasn’t there, Lucas was cared for by those expensive hired caretakers.
They were like Olivia’s hands and eyes –
Caring for Lucas, but also watching him.
Watching to make sure he didn’t hurt anyone, watching to make sure he cooperated with treatment, watching to make sure he kept a proper schedule.
Olivia wanted Lucas to get better so badly, but she didn’t realize this approach would backfire.
Sure enough, just a week later, the beast caged in iron bars was let loose.
Lucas broke the ribs of a caretaker who had forced him to exercise, threatening to report to Olivia if
he didn’t go.
The doctors frantically called out as they rushed the caretaker to emergency: “Quick, notify Miss
Gu…”
“I dare you to try!” Lucas kicked the door viciously.
Silence fell.
The doctors looked at each other, all at a loss for what to do.
Lucas stared at the blood stains on the floor.

He said: “Isn’t Rachel still here?”
“Let her take care of me.”
