I pulled out my phone and dialed a pre–arranged number: “Now, everyone, move in.”
In less than ten minutes, a professional wedding team, uniformly dressed in dark gray uniforms with silver lapel pins, rapidly entered the venue.
A ripple of awe spread through the crowd.
Their steps were synchronized, their trays held as steadily as sculptures, like a perfectly coordinated military operation. They effortlessly cleared away the trash–heap decorations. Tablecloths, chair covers, flowers, lighting–everything was replaced, even the angle of the chandeliers was readjusted.
The venue was transformed, like entering a different world.
Within five minutes, the main stage was pristine; ten minutes later, the champagne tower was complete, and the reception area had been changed to an ice sculpture display.
I stood at the control center, calmly giving orders:
“Restart the venue lighting system;
Remove all soft drinks and fried foods from tables three to seven, replace with pre–arranged red wine and cold platters;
Immediately re–arrange the floral wall to a floor–standing design;
Bride to change her makeup, Groom, please coordinate a 15–minute delay for the ceremony.”
My voice was utterly calm, yet it cut through all the chaotic clamor.
Chloe stood to the side, her face ashen, trembling all over.

“How… how did she do this?” she mumbled.
The MC was swapped, the music changed tracks, the lights re–adjusted. Guests turned to each other, murmuring:
“Now *this* is a wedding…”
“Where did she find this team? They’re incredible…”
“Ms. Scarlett is the true professional… Without her, this whole thing would have been a complete joke.”
Someone in the crowd quietly said: “I always heard that ‘Scarlett’s team‘ was the real soul of the
business. It’s true.”
I didn’t look up.
I focused only on confirming each execution step, allocating resources, and orchestrating the rhythm, like a dance I was personally directing.
Meanwhile, Chloe remained rooted to the spot, her face deathly pale, a humiliated joke, stripped
bare.
She tried to steady a speaker: “I set this up, I can help-”
A staff member coldly blocked her: “Please leave. You are not in charge here.”
Mr. Caldwell didn’t even glance at her, raising a hand to summon security:
“Do you even have the nerve to stay here?”
Chloe’s tears instantly streamed down her face. She bit her lip, stubbornly standing her ground:
“I… I just wanted the wedding to be more fun…”
**You* wanted fun?” Mr. Caldwell scoffed. “We wanted elegance and prestige, not someone with no talent creating chaos for views. Do you even deserve to stand on my wedding stage?”
At his words, everyone in the hall looked at Chloe. Not a single person offered her a word of support.
Her makeup was completely streaked by sweat and tears, making her look like a clown.

I finally turned and looked at her.
“Don’t rush. It hasn’t even started yet.”
Her eyes darted, and fear finally flickered across her face.
Half an hour later, the wedding proceeded smoothly, elegant, solemn, and seamless. Every guest’s face once again showed satisfaction.
At the end of his speech, the CEO groom stood up and raised his champagne glass:
“If not for Ms. Scarlett, I probably would have called off the wedding then and there. From now on, for any wedding projects among my associates, I will only go to her. With anyone else–it’s absolutely out of the question.”
As his words fell, applause erupted throughout the hall.
Chloe stood in the crowd, stiff as an insect pinned to a wall, tears welling in her eyes.
With Mr. Caldwell’s silent approval, I walked to the center of the main stage, picked up the microphone, and surveyed the room.
“Good evening, distinguished guests. I am Scarlett, the temporary lead coordinator for this event.”
“There was a serious deviation in the wedding arrangements earlier, and we worked our hardest to rectify it. We also wish to make a public statement regarding this incident.”
With that, I raised my hand, and the pre–prepared video began to play.
On the enormous LED screen, Chloe’s face, full of smug satisfaction, spoke to Alexander-
“Don’t worry, she’s almost been driven crazy, she’ll be gone soon enough.”
“Then if the CEO isn’t satisfied, it’ll all be her fault.”
“Wedding planning isn’t the main point, getting rid of her is.”
The entire hall erupted in gasps and murmurs.
I then played the second segment, where Alexander was holding documents, speaking to a client
representative:

“Our goal with this event is to make her voluntarily quit. She’s too difficult to deal with.”
“Then we’ll just put Chloe in charge and let her take the fall.”
And then-
Screenshots of me being locked in the warehouse, call recordings, and audio of Chloe laughing outside the warehouse door were all simultaneously displayed.
A guest stood up and exclaimed: “Oh my God, that’s so vicious!”
“She’s actually framing her colleague?”
“What colleague? It’s obvious Scarlett is the leader!”
“What kind of company is this? This is workplace sabotage!”
Chloe trembled and collapsed to the ground, trying to lunge forward to turn off the projector. Her hair
was disheveled, like a madwoman’s, as security guards restrained her tightly.
I didn’t even glance at her, simply announcing in a cold voice:
“‘Alexander & Scarlett Events‘ is suspected of workplace bullying, contract fraud, and malicious project operation. I have simultaneously submitted a legal letter and filed a report with the Wedding Industry Association.”
“From this moment forward, the company is permanently withdrawn from this project.”
