Eliana’s face turned pale. She held the bank card tightly in her hand, like it was the only thing she had left in the world.
In the midst of the confusion, someone grabbed her hand and pulled her away.
Before she knew it, she was in tsaac’s room.

Eliana forced a smile, but it looked more like she was crying than smiling
Isaac began to pace in a panic. “Oh, what should I do?” Then, as if struck by inspiration, he rushed over to a shelf, grabbed something, and came running back. “Ellie, look, I’m going to do a magic trick for you.”
Eliana instinctively looked up and saw a round piggy bank in his hands. A second later, he raised it high over his head and let go
With a loud crack, the piggy bank shattered in two. Coins spilled out in a clattering rush, scattering across the floor in every direction. Among them were piles of neatly folded hundred dollar bills.
“These are all from my allowance. I’ve been saving them for a long time,” Isaac said, his voice filled with pride and excitement. “They’re yours, Else.”
Eliana suddenly looked up, her eyes locking with his–pure, innocent, and full of trust, in them, she saw nothing but a child’s unconditional love.
Eliana thought with tears in her eyes, ‘Some people have millions but won’t give you a hundred. Others only have a hundred, but they’ll give you everything they’ve got

Hannah frowned, clearly displeased. “Ellie, can’t you see Dad just had a health scare? Can’t you give him a break?“
Eliana didn’t even look at Hannah, Instead, she turned to Isaac and said, “Come on, isaac. Let’s go get McDonald’s.”
Isaac threw a fist into the air and cheered, “Yay! McDonald’s time!”
