I am really going to be a dad again. I am grateful for having Aria and Aurora in my life. But having my mate carry my baby, it’s an amazing feeling ! mis can’t wrap my head around it. The Blood Moon ritual worked, and now Aria’s pregnant. Our child. The thought keeps hitting me over and waves of pride and fear through me.
A knock at my door pulled me back to reality.
“Enter,” I called, straightening in my chair.

“Thank you for coming so quickly,” I said, gesturing to the chairs across from my desk. “Please, sit.”
“Alpha,” Silas acknowledged with a respectful nod. ‘Your message seemed urgent.”
I stood and paced behind my desk, unsure where to begin. “I’ve asked you here for several reasons. First, I’d like to formally offer you positions as Moon Shadow elders. We need your wisdom and guidance, especially now,”
Nina replied. “Alpha, we’re honored.”
“Second, I continued, ‘I need your help with something extraordinary that’s happened. I paused, gathering my thoughts. “As you know, Aria and I completed our soul binding ritual during the Blood Moon. What you don’t know is that Aria has received her wolf.”
The room fell silent. Michael’s jaw dropped slightly, and Nina gasped.
“A human receiving a wolf?” Silas leaned forward, his weathered hands gripping his knees. “That’s… unprecedented in modern times.”
“Not just any wolf,” I said, my voice dropping lower. “Her wolf’s name is Sage, and she carries Primal Wolf blood. Like Phantom.”
Nina’s hand flew to her mouth. “But that’s impossible. Primal Wolves are nearly extinct.”
“And yet, here we are,” I replied. “Aria’s birthmark–the wolf paw on her wrist—it was a sign all along. She was meant to be more than human.”
Silas’s eyes narrowed thoughtfully. “The birthmark… yes, that makes sense now. It wasn’t just a mark–it was a dormant wolf waiting to emerge.”
“There’s more,” I said, unable to keep the pride from my voice. “Aria is pregnant. Our child was conceived during the Blood Moon ritual.”
Michael and Nina exchanged glances, their expressions a mixture of awe and concern.
“A child of two Primal Wolves,” Silas whispered. “Born of a Blood Moon union. This hasn’t happened in centuries.”
I nodded, finally sitting back down. “That’s why I need your help. I need to understand what this means for Aria, for our baby, and for the pack.”
Silas cleared his throat and began sharing what he knew. “For you, with Primal Wolf blood, the Blood Moon soul binding means you’ll transform into a bipedal wolf form during the next full moon, not just the four–legged wolf you already become.”
“Why wait until the full moon?” I asked.
Nina’s voice was gentle but firm. “Because you’re becoming something more powerful and deadly. Your body needs moonlight energy to complete the first transformation.
I absorbed this information, then asked the question weighing heaviest on my mind, And Aria? What can we expect for her now that she has Sage? And our child–what does being conceived during the Blood Moon mean?”
Silas considered his words carefully. “Aria’s transformation is already underway. Her wolf emerged during the Blood Moon ritual–an extremely rare occurrence. Her body will continue to adapt, becoming stronger, faster. She’ll experience her first shift during the next full moon, alongside you.”
