Liam didn’t care about Brittany. He only
wanted to find the hypnotist and get some
answers.
He ran all the way to the hypnotist’s office.
“Didn’t you say that hypnosis can restore

memories? Why will Madison have permanent
amnesia? Were you lying to me? You have to
give me a reasonable explanation today!”
The hypnotist was so frightened by his fierce
appearance that his legs went weak,
stuttering.
“M…Mr. Faulkner, it is extremely difficult to
restore memories after deep hypnosis, almost
impossible. I wanted to tell you that at the
time, but you didn’t give me a chance.”
Liam felt as if he had fallen into an ice cellar,
his legs going weak, almost collapsing.
He grabbed the table next to him to barely
steady himself.
He knew that he had truly lost Madison.

teeth, clenched his fists, and secretly vowed
to bring me back.
I was sitting inside the plane, feeling a little
uneasy.
Through the window, I saw Liam rushing to
the airport in a hurry, his eyes frantically
searching everywhere.
Finally, he saw the private plane chartered by
the Weinsten family.
Under the sunlight, the fuselage gleamed with
a metallic luster, like a silver giant bird about
to take flight.
Around the plane, ground staff were busy in
an orderly manner, making the final
preparations for takeoff.
He was about to rush over when he was
stopped by a tall bodyguard.
“Stop. Who are you? What do you want? No
one is allowed near the plane without
permission.”
“Let me through, I need to find Madison
Campbell! I have something very important to
tell her.”
The bodyguard was unmoved, still standing
there firmly, repeating in a cold tone.
“No entry without permission. Please leave
immediately and do not interfere with our
mission.”
At this moment, River slowly walked down
from the plane.
He was tall and slender, wearing a tailor-
made suit that fit perfectly.
He looked at Liam, raising an eyebrow
slightly.
“Who are you? What do you want with
Madison? You don’t look like a friend of
hers.”
“I’m Madison’s lover, and I want to take her
away. She won’t be happy with you. You don’t
understand her at all! Madison and I have a
deep relationship. We’ve been through so
much together. You can’t replace me in her
heart!”

looking down at Liam.
“Lover? I heard you were marrying someone
else today.”

abandoned Madison at the wedding, and now
you’re here pretending to be affectionate.
