Daisy covered her mouth in horror while Edwin’s mouth fell open in shock, mirroring Alpha Lester’s expression as they read the pregnancy report that clearly stated it was from three months ago.
“You… are three months pregnant?” Edwin stared at her swollen belly, confused by the apparent discrepancy between the report and her visibly pregnant state. Daisy had claimed that her belly was bigger due to her
unusual robust pregnancy hormones.
“It’s… it’s a lie!” Daisy panicked, tightly gripping Edwin’s hand. “That’s not my pregnancy report, Edwin. It’s a fake. This is all part of Sibyl’s plan to break us up. She’s trying to destroy our relationship.”
Before she could say more, the projector abruptly changed, displaying a hot s*x video. Daisy’s eyes widened in shock as the s*x video of her and Max played out for everyone to see. Lester stood frozen, unable to react, while Edwin slowly turned to face Daisy, his expression a mixture of disbelief, anger, and betrayal.
Daisy stepped back, shaking her head in denial. “It’s fake! That’s not me,” she pleaded, but her words were cut short as Edwin’s hand swung out, delivering a resounding slap across her face.
“You b***h!! You betrayed me!” Edwin roared. “You tried to make me raise someone else’s pup!!” He slapped her again and again then raised his leg to kick her belly. Before he had the chance Sibyl pulled Daisy away from Edwin, handing her over to the tall man that held her immediately.
“Alpha Edwin, do you wish to cause your own wife to miscarry in front of the whole world?” She blinked at him. Edwin glanced around to find every werewolf’s eyes on him filled with disgust and disrespect.
He looked at Sibyl in a panicked state and held her hand. ‘I’ve been cheated by this woman, Sibyl! I’m the
victim here!‘ he exclaimed.
Sibyl chuckled and cut him off. “Choosing a woman expelled from the brothel due to pregnancy was certainly a wise decision, Alpha Edwin. She needed a desperate scapegoat, and you were the perfect fit. Is this what they call a match made in heaven?” She smiled, pulling her hand away.
“No, please!” Edwin begged, grabbing her hand again. “I know I was wrong. My desire and greed led me to this woman, and I betrayed you, Sibyl. Now, I understand that even though I could never forget you. I never stopped loving you. Please give me a chance,” he pleaded, tears welling in his eyes. Each apology, each word, pierced Sibyl’s heart. “I love you, Sibyl. I truly love you…”
Sibyl raised her hand and slapped Edwin across the face. The force stung her hand, but it failed to extinguish the burning pain in her innocent heart.
The guests‘ mouth dropped wide open when a normal she–wolf hit an Alpha while the king’s council got up from their seats. What had just transpired was a great offense to all the Alphas in the realm.
“Sibyl! How dare you raise your hand against my son!” Lester roared, not caring about a thing at that moment. “Do you think you can escape the consequences of your actions?”
Sibyl’s heart was filled with too many emotions to count. “It seems I have once again made a mistake,” she slowly lifted her gaze to lock with Lester’s then looked over her shoulder at Keshton. “It seems I have to make another public apology.”

put her dignity on the line by showing another video on the projector, just then the video started playing. The video of Edwin bringing three wolf to Sibyl’s apartment to rape her.
The council and the entire arena watched the video in disbelief while Alpha Lester witnessed his son’s crimes in disbelief like a statue that was actually dead. Daisy looked at the video then back to Edwin who could no longer stand on his own two feet and fell on his knees.
His evil actions had been exposed to the whole world, he had lost his future and life completely.
Keshton pressed the button before Sibyl’s naked body could be seen by everyone in attendance. The king’s council stared at Sibyl in shock. A woman that had the guts to expose her own attempted rape by her former mate instead of hiding it by taking it to her grave was unheard of in their world.
“Luna Sibyl…” One of the elders softly called.
“I am no longer a Luna,” Sibyl turned to look at them. “I am Sibyl, Sibyl Hall, and I formally request that the king’s council begin to change. So that instead of shaming women for raising their voice against their Mate and Alpha, you bring justice down upon his head for acts like this.”
Saying that, Sibyl glanced at Alpha Lester’s embarrassed face once then turned where Keshton was standing behind her waiting to leave.
“Let’s go,” Keshton took her cold hand into his. Sibyl looked down at their interlocked hands then up at the man who had blindly followed her without a question.
