Federico said, “I’m here to pick up Britney.”

After she finished speaking, she just turned around and went to her desk to pack up her things, not looking at Rodrick’s face anymore.
Rodrick didn’t look good right now, his whole vibe was cold and gloomy.
Federico’s attention was on the resignation letter in Rodrick’s hand, “Rod, as far as I know, Britney already handed in her resignation to you a while ago, right? Why haven’t you approved it yet?”
“This is Royarch Capital’s business.” Rodrick put away the resignation letter, his face blank, giving off a strong sense of pressure. “It had nothing to do with you.”
“I sure wouldn’t get involved in your company’s internal affairs.” Federico smiled faintly.

Federico still kept that faint smile, but it didn’t reach his eyes. “As a friend, I just wanted to remind you, if she really wanted to leave, you couldn’t stop her.”
