Chapter 1
After Savannah Rossi went bankrupt, the impoverished boyfriend she had supported turned around and climbed into another woman’s bed.
He even publicly released a sex video of her to erase the humiliation he had suffered over
the years.
Determined to take revenge, the first thing Tobias Duncan did after achieving success was to trap Savannah at his side. Every time he explored a new position with another woman, he forced Savannah to film it.
Someone advised him to stop, but he simply smiled.
“I helped her pay off her debts. Without me, where else could she go?”
What Tobias didn’t know was that a week earlier, Savannah had already agreed to marry his greatest rival and planned to leave him.
Just as she stepped outside, Savannah received a call from Tobias.
His voice remained cold and commanding. “Belmont Bar. My stomach hurts. Come bring
me stomach medicine now.”
It had snowed through the night. The distance between her and the bar was still far and there wasn’t a taxi in sight.
Savannah froze for a second but didn’t hesitate any longer. She ran all the way to the bar.
But when she pushed open the door to the private room, she found Tobias sitting safely on the sofa, another woman resting in his arms.
The moment Savannah entered, the people inside burst into laughter.
“Tobias, you’re still the best, thinking of using a stomachache to trick her into coming over. She’s been fooled so many times, yet she still comes running like a dog!”
“Let me count how many times are left until Tobias completes the 100 acts of revenge he planned. The first time, Tobias lied about a surprise, tricked her into a remote dark room. and then turned off his phone, leaving her locked up for an entire day and night. The second time, Tobias claimed he had a car accident and tricked her into donating 600cc of blood, but he was actually partying at a bar that day. Counting today, it’s already the 96th time. After so many times, does she still have feelings for Tobias?”
“Look at how thick the snow is outside and her clothes are covered in snow. She probably slipped and fell several times on the way here. How ridiculous!”
“This is what she deserves. Tobias is such a proud person. Back then, just to keep studying, he endured three years of humiliation to be with her. Fortunately, the tables have turned. Now that she needs money, she gets to taste being humiliated by it.”
Facing the malicious ridicule around her, Savannah once again realized she had been tricked.
The blood rushed to her head instantly. Her pale fingertips dug fiercely into her palms as she hurled the stomach medicine at Tobias.

“Tobias, you tricked me again?”
Tobias merely sneered with contempt.
“So what if I tricked you? I’m giving you money; isn’t that enough?”
As he spoke, he pulled out a wad of cash from his bag and mercilessly threw it at
Savannah’s face.
The edge of the bills scraped across her cheek, leaving a burning sting.
Savannah widened her eyes, an overwhelming sourness rising in her chest, staring at him in disbelief.
The Tobias she had known wasn’t like this.
Back then, when she met him and learned he was too poor to afford tuition, she willingly offered to sponsor him.
At that time, the young man had been so overwhelmed he couldn’t even speak. In the end, he had used his entire month’s part–time salary to buy her a simple gift.
Later, they often met up. Tobias began pursuing her and she naturally accepted his
confession.
No matter how busy he was, Tobias would sit on a train for more than ten hours just to see Savannah for a brief moment.
When she fell ill, he climbed 999 steps, kneeling at each one, just to pray for her recovery.
Whatever food she craved, he would search several streets just to place it in her hands.
During those three years, Savannah truly believed she was the happiest woman in the world.
But she never expected it would all end so abruptly after her bankruptcy.
What she had thought was love turned out to be humiliation in Tobias’s eyes.
After achieving success, he forcibly paid off her debts and schemed to take revenge on her at every turn.
Seeing Savannah’s miserable state, Tessa Davis, who leaned against Tobias’s chest, suddenly burst out laughing.
“Tobias, it’s freezing outside. I want her to drink all 99 glasses of white wine on the table to
warm up.”
