Chapter 91
Venus POV
Elena met his gaze, her green eyes wavering. “Yes. I was lucky or maybe the Moon Goddess spared me for a reason.
I didn’t miss the way her gaze lingered on Eric foi a moment longer than necessary. A faint interest showed in her eyes, but it disappeared quickly
Aaron leaned back, a frown on his lips. “We’ll investigate your story. Until then, you’ll be given a place to stay under supervision. If you cause any trouble you’ll be dealt with accordingly.”
“Thank you, Alpha,” Elena said, bowing her head slightly. “I’m ready to face any action if you feel my story is wrong.”
As the guards escorted her to a guest room, I exchanged a glance with Aaron. “Do you believe her?” I asked quietly.
“I don’t know,” Aaron admitted. “But I’ll make sure we keep a close eye on her.”
Eric stayed silent, his gaze following Elena as she disappeared down the hall. For some reason, that unease in my chest only grew. “We have to inspect her,” I said to Aaron as we drove back to the celebration. Even though I was extremely tired, I was aware that as the Luna of the Oak Pride pack, I had to stay back and see if all members were well taken care of. So we returned to the event.
Aaron sensed that I was tired as hell. He picked me up in his arms and carried me all the way to the main hall. “Let’s go back to our room,” he suggested as he kissed the crown of my head.
“No darling,” I replied with a sigh. “It won’t look appropriate.”
He didn’t say anything for a moment. Then he gathered me close to his chest and said, “I’m one lucky bastard in this whole fucking world.”
I laughed softly as he kissed me again and again.
The last guest left a little after midnight. My feet were aching to the point that I’d be happy if someone dragged me to my bed. Aaron just picked me up and took me to our room, not allowing me to help the omegas to wind up. “Enough,” he growled as he walked us out of the room. “I want my Luna to rest
now.”
In the room, he helped me strip my clothes, took out his own and spooned
me from behind after covering us with comforters.
I passed out within seconds with my head on his chest, his arm holding me close. I only woke up once, sometime early in the morning. I found myself on my back with my legs spread with Aaron between them. I lifted my legs and wrapped them around his shoulders as he sucked my pussy lazily, taking his time as if enjoying every second. He sucked my clit, tugging it with his teeth, grazing his fangs on my sex. I shivered as orgasm rolled through me in waves. He crawled over me and thrust inside in one push. I gasped but he lowered his mouth over mine in a soft, slow kiss. He took me gently this time, his hand stroking me everywhere. When my next orgasm started to rise, I sank my teeth in his shoulders to hold back scream. He let out a growl.
“Goddess, baby. Yes. Fuck my cock, Venus. Fuck me hard.”
I did as he commended, losing control, as I chased my orgasm. The muscles of my pussy clamped down hard on his cock milking him completely, milking him dry.
I fell back asleep after we both climaxed. He didn’t get out of me. Instead, he rolled me over him. I curled into him and fell back to sleep. Did he fuck me when I was sleeping? I didn’t know. I was just too tired.
When I woke up to blinding sunlight, I half–opened my eyes. Squinting, I rolled over, but was caught in his arms because my mate had his thick cock still inside me. “Where are you going, baby?” he said and fucked me all over again.
Two days went by in which Eric and Nicole returned to the college. They had two more years to finish it. However, Alpha Martin wanted Eric to return and help Aaron with the pack’s business. He wanted the brothers to stay together and look after the pack.
“You can join college once things are steady, Eric,” Alpha Martin told him.

Enc took a deep breath In. Til see what I can do Daddy, he said. “Nicole wants to finish college —
I understand, Alpha Martin replied. “But your duty towards the pack is more important, You must help your brother dres
Eric pursed his lips and looked away, I could sense the pressure he felt on his shoulder. Though I wanted to protest and say that he ghools college, it wasn’t my place to tell him that.
“I can’t promise, Dad,” Eric said.
Later that day, he returned to the college with Nicole.
I got busy with pack’s duties as Marie took me everywhere along with her to introduce me formally and make me learn about the various pack busineties which a Luna should take care of. Amongst all this, I couldn’t help thinking about Elena. She didn’t show herself at all, which I knew was a way to stay insignificant. Aaron had sent his people to investigate her story.
They returned validating it. She belonged to a small pack called Black Moon pack, which consisted of about seventy werewolves. One night, when they were all sleeping, the fox shifters had burned them all alive taking help from the witches. They had killed the five wolves on patrol, and plundered the whole pack. The witches used Bark magic, the smell of which still lingered around the pack.
I immediately felt sad for Elena. She was the lone survivor because she managed to escape in time. Feeling sorry for her, I went to her room that was at the end of the packhouse.
I found her in her room the next morning, sitting quietly by the window with a steaming cup of tea in her hands. The soft morning light made her look almost peaceful, but her eyes told a different story–there was sadness there, deep and heavy.
“Elena,” I said, stepping closer. She looked up quickly, her expression shifting to polite curiosity. “We asked round about your old pack.”
Her shoulders sagged a little, and she gave me a small, tired smile. “Thank you, Luna. It means a lot to me that you cared enough to look into it.”
“I’m sorry for what happened,” I said gently. “Losing your pack… it’s unimaginable.”
She nodded, her fingers tightening around her cup. “It is. The night when all my people were killed was the most harrowing night of my life.” She wiped a lone téar that rolled down her cheek. “I’ll never forget it.”
I nodded sadly. “I can understand. Let me know how I can help you from here on.”
She looked at me with a tinge of excitement. “I don’t want to be a burden here. Please, if there’s anything I can do, even something small, I’d like to help. I need to feel useful.”
I admired her willingness to contribute. “Actually, I’ve been looking for someone to help with managing the house. It’s a big job, though. I’ll ask the butler to show you around.”
Her eyes widened slightly, and I saw a flicker of hope. “Are you sure? That’s important work. I don’t want to let you down.”
