Without waiting for Emma to react, Dorothy left the house and walked away.
If Dwayne had given her his card before, she would have been overjoyed and would have thought it was his way of showing that he cared about her.
But now, she is no longer so naive.
Dorothy met Tyrell at the music restaurant. When she arrived, Tyrell was already waiting at the table.
Looking at the graceful figure entering the door, he joked, “Dorothy really knows how to pick a restaurant, quite romantic.”
