Waking up in an unfamiliar place had become a regular occurrence in Sibyl’s life since she met Keshton. So when she found herself in a hut–like setting as she opened her eyes, she wasn’t surprised. She recalled the previous night vividly: Keshton had brought her here, and their lips had barely parted since. The hut had shaken with his wildness, Sibyl had been slightly worried about the intensity of his arousal, which matched her heat. Moreover, she had to deal with Edwin and permanently resolve the issues between him.
She had to leave.
Taking a deep breath, she got off the bed with the blanket tightly wrapped around her body. Her legs trembled, and she felt very sore between her legs.
“How big and rough that man is!” she hissed in irritation. He didn’t have the first idea what the word slow meant! She also cursed herself for enjoying it that much.
Taking a long breath, she made her way out of the hut with measured steps, wondering how to get clothes to change into since they had practically been torn apart by Keshton the moment he had her under him. Even her bra and panties were gone.
When she stepped outside the fresh air felt soothing against her skin, her mind was preoccupied with finding something to wear that it was not until she almost tripped that her eyes went to the figure kneeling on the ground. The bleeding, wounded, and moaning man was none other than Edwin.
“Sibyl,” Edwin gasped, looking at her up and down, clearly noticing she was naked under the blanket. His eyes widened even further at the hickeys on her chest and neck. “Did you did you sleep with… Alpha Keshton?” His mouth was hung wide open, staring at Sibyl with an expression he should never have, a look of betrayal and pain.
“Why are you here, Edwin?” Sibyl stared at him emotionlessly.
Edwin’s heart clenched. She didn’t see him as worthy of an explanation. She neither panicked nor made any excuse when he caught her cheating on him.
“Sibyl, 1-“he struggled to find the right words. “Sibyl, can we get back together?” Edwin’s eyes were full of hope and sadness. “I have realized my mistake. I am sorry for every horrible thing that I did to you. I am the worst. I know that I should die but I love you, Sibyl. Can you please forgive me His eyes watered with regret as he choked on his emotions.
“Torgiveness?” Sibyl murmured, raised her leg, turned, then delivered a back kick to Edwin’s face, knocking him on the ground.
“AAHHH” screaming in pain, he rolled on the ground holding his freshly dislocated jaw and broken nose. The force of the kick was so great that he felt as if his soul was being pulled out after he bore a night of torture.
“You want us to be together huh?” Sibyl murmured, stomping on Edwin’s mercilessly manhood.
Edwin flinched and screamed at the top of his lungs as if his soul was being sucked out of his body through his mouth. He had still not gotten over the pain of his cock being cut off and now Sibyl’s attack had made it worse. More blood came out of his private area as his screaming grew worse though

She grabbed him by the hair and leaned down to his face, “I will never forgive you for what you did to me, Edwin,” Sibyl stated, her eyes as emotionless as ever. “What you did to me is not even something that enemies would do to each other and we were soulmates! Our mate bond was the Goddess’s mistake that I don’t wish to rectify at all,” she paused, feeling her wolf in her head wanting to join her as she added, “Don’t even fucking dream that you can escape with your measly apology that will not change a thing in my life. I will not let you go so easily. It seems that you have forgotten that I am still that bitch who used to work in a dirty alley for a crust of bread. Just because you sat me on a Luna’s chair does not change a thing about the very essence of my being! I will fucking make you pay for every mental and physical blow that I bore because of you!” She growled, saying everything in one breath before she shoved him away mercilessly.
“Sibyl…” Edwin’s tears rolled down his cheeks as he realized that he had destroyed his once beloved and precious mate with his own two hands. She was gone and never coming back.
“Seeing you’ve already lost you dick, which was meant to be ripped off by me. I will go easy on you,” she remarked, easing her foot back from his bleeding wound before adding darkly, “Transfer seventy five percent of your wealth, shares, business, property and everything that you own to me.”
“What?” Edwin’s mouth hit the ground in shock. “Seventy five percent? That is just too much…”
“Or we can simply go to the council where I would claim all of your wealth proving your betrayal, where at the same time I will make you accept the rejection,” Sibyl declared, trying to walk past him.
Edwin’s shoulders slumped; his spirit crushed. He watched her walk away, knowing he had lost her forever. The weight of his actions bore down on him, leaving him to grapple with the consequences of his past mistakes.
“I accept your rejection,” Edwin said suddenly, his voice broken.
Sibyl froze in place and stared at him with wide eyes, unable to believe her ears. Edwin lifted his gaze and locked eyes with Sibyl. “I, Alpha Edwin from the Lunar Moon Pack, accept my soulmate Luna Sibyl Hall’s rejection,” he broke into tears at the last word.
Sibyl felt the final string of their mate bond snap completely. She was free from all the links and bonds that had tied her to Edwin and the Lunar Moon Pack. At the same time, her wolf felt liberated, as if she were reborn.
She studied Edwin again who was still looking at her hopefully. Sibyl blinked at him emotionlessly and added, “Send a lawyer with papers for the transfer. You do not need to come into my eyes again.”
Edwin weakly stood up on shaking feet and turned to leave, his head and shoulders drooping. The sound of his slow, regretful cries echoed through the quiet woods. Each step he took seemed to carry the weight of his remorse, the realization of his mistakes hanging heavy in the air but it was too late. He had ruined everything with his own hands, he had to bear that pain for the rest of his life.
Sibyl watched his vanishing figure then forced her muscles to move. She looked down at her hand where she felt freedom. Freedom from Edwin and the tainted mate bond that she was forced to bear. She was now single and free.
Had the same Edwin, who was ready to struggle her to death rather than rejecting her, actually just willingly reject her? That was not possible unless…
She pursed her lips and raised her gaze to find Keshton standing there with a cigarette between his lips. “What did you do in order to get him to accept my rejection?” she questioned.
She knew Edwin better than she knew herself and accepting the rejection was not something he would ever willingly do even if you put a silver dagger in his throat.
“I just gave him two options to choose from. He chose wisely,” he replied, walking closer to her.
Sibyl blinked in surprise and confusion. What could those two options have possibly been that would have made Edwin accept the rejection and even walk away with a defeat. What was that option that changed her whole life?
“What are those “Sibyl opened her mouth to ask but Keshton cut her off.
“Let’s talk after you take a bath. There is a waterfall. You will find clothes there to wear as well.”
Sibyl looked up at him with mixed emotions raising in her heart. “Why are you doing all of this?”
Keshton raised his hand and softly brushed his finger against her cheek, “Is it not obvious I want you all to myself?” he whispered.
