After such a painful and prolonged heat, Sibyl felt refreshed, calm, and at peace as she bathed in the waterfall, losing track of time. Later, when she went through the paper bag Keshton had left for her che found a set of matching bra and panties.

“Want to have a bite of me instead of the fish?” Keshton asked, catching Sibyl off guard.

“I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to digest the Alpha, so I’ll go with the fish,” she replied.
Keshton slowly raised his head as Sibyl sat down on a stone seat across from him. His actions momentarily froze at the sight of her long, wet hair that still had droplets of water falling so seductively from it that it reminded him of her sweat–drenched hair when they had been intimate.
Sibyl noticed his gaze and c****d an eyebrow, “What?”
Keshton stared at her more intensely. She was a completely different person during her heat while in bed. He tore his gaze away and focused on the fish, “How are you feeling?”
“Better,” Sibyl murmured, eyeing the fish that smelled so delicious it made her mouth water.
“Then what’s with you walking so strangely slow?”
Sibyl shot him a blank stare. Was he intentionally acting innocent? “It’s just that someone doesn’t know how to go slow and left me with a burning sensation and marks like dog bites,” she countered, her gaze shifting back to the fish, unaware of the Alpha’s every move until he crawled over her body.
“Goddess!” Sibyl exclaimed as Keshton suddenly lifted her dress up to her thighs and shamelessly buried his head between her legs. “What… what are you doing?!” She tried to push his head away.
“Healing you,” he murmured, his tongue roaming over the burn on her thighs and the area around her v****a. “Healing?” Sibyl froze, feeling each of his licks and gentle kisses on her burn. She put her hand over her mouth to stifle any embarrassing holees, Closing her eyes and felt his tongue working on her skin so well that her hands stopped pushing him away. He returned to his seat without saying a thing, while Sibyl glanced at him out of the corner of her eye as he continued roasting the fish with a straight face.
Keshton placed a deboned piece of fish on a large leaf and handed it to Sibyl. “Do you want to say something?”
She had been intently staring at him and he could clearly feel it.
“I thought I said not to hurt him,” she said, taking the fish. “Why did you cut off his d**k?”
“Why? Are you worried?” He raised his eyebrows, closely studying her expression. “Don’t tell me you find my actions cruel and pity your ex,” he stated sharply.
Sibyl blinked when he suddenly referred to Edwin as her ex, It hadn’t even been an hour since her rejection, and she had yet to fully comprehend that she was free from Edwin. Yet, this Alpha had already labeled him as her ex. The word “ex” sounded quite good to her, but for some reason when it came from Keshton there was still a hint of animosity.
