Eclipse Moon Pack
Straightening the short dress over her figure, a woman dashed passed Glen in the corridor, her pretty face flush with humiliation. He paused, glancing at her retreating figure before turning his attention to the Alpha’s office.
With a slight knock, he entered the office to find a pile of important documents and treaty papers on the desk, remaining untouched for an extraordinary period of time. The Alpha stood in front of a city map, smoking. It was clear that the woman was not climbing into Keshton’s bed tonight.
Keshton mentally circled each restaurant and hotel until his eyes landed on the strip club on the map.
His eyes went blank for a moment before he chuckled darkly, “Don’t tell me…,” he murmured to himself.
“Was the she–wolf not to your liking?” Glen asked. Every weekend, a new she–wolf was arranged by the brothel specifically for Keshton and sent to the Eclipse Moon Pack to serve him.
“I’m just not in the mood,” Keshton replied without bothering to look at him.
“Out of the blue? Are you feeling sick?” Glen raised an eyebrow.
Keshton glanced down, noticing his bulging c**k that seemed to have a mind of its own since Sibyl left. “It seems I have really become sick,” he murmured under his breath, adjusting himself slightly before turning to Glen. “Don’t send another woman without my permission next time.”
Glen found that strange but nodded, “Alright, I just hope you’re not planning on going celibate or something.”
Keshton rolled his eyes. “Don’t overthink it. Tell me, is there any activity from the hunters?” Keshton took a seat as he started going through one of the treaty documents.
“Strangely, no. Those damn hunters never miss a chance to get on our nerves. But this time, they’re not even so much as a whisper after we killed their people. They haven’t gone to the council or planned for a war. It’s like nothing happened. Do you think they’ve accepted defeat?” Glen’s eyes shone.
Keshton frowned at the unexpected reaction from the hunters and shook his head, “I don’t think that it is as easy as it looks. Why would they let go of this opportunity when they had solid proof of a white wolf shifting in their territory? It’s a great way to bring down werewolves, but they simply choose to let it go even after
Josing a good number of their own people? Isn’t it just too kind of them?”
Glen c****d his eyebrows, “Wait, you mean to say that something stopped them?”
Keshton nodded, “Probably.”
Glen frowned, “But what could have stopped them from taking advantage of such a golden

ortunity?” He
Keshton leaned back in his chair, tapping his fingers on the desk as he recalled the incident with Sibyl in the
city. The hunters‘ behavior had been slightly different than the norm that day, and now their usual pattern.
had returned.
“Well, I wanted to share a rumor I heard during a gathering with the Betas of other packs,” Glen leaned back tiredly.

“I’m all ears.”
“There’s a werewolf rising in the realm,” he remarked.
Keshton raised his eyebrows, “Who is he?”
“Honestly, no one knows who he is, but it’s said that he has attacked two werewolf packs so far and claimed the Alpha position of one of them,” Glen explained.
Keshton nodded then returned to signing the papers, “Fighting and claiming territory is normal for
werewolves. Tell me what’s interesting about the rumors.”
“The interesting part is that both of those packs were our allies,” Glen pointed out.
“Hm?” Keshton’s eyes flashed with amusement. “Our allies?”
“Keshton,” Aries called, entering the office.
“Hey, are you done talking with the Lunar Moon Pack’s lawyer?” Glen questioned.
Aries nodded and took a seat beside Glen. “And as expected, they pulled a little stunt,” he chuckled, placing
the documents in front of Keshton.
“What stunt?” Glen asked curiously as Keshton glanced at the papers.
“Alpha Lester, Edwin’s father, passed the Alpha position on to his son three years ago. But he only gave him the title and nothing else. He secretly remained in power. Two days ago, he legally took back the pack that he had transferred into Edwin’s name three years ago. So, basically, the pack is now back under Lester’s control, not Edwin’s. This means Sibyl will get seventy–five percent of everything in Edwin’s name–land, wealth, and assets–except for the Lunar Moon Pack. Alpha Lester took back the pack and his Alpha position,” Aries explained in one breath.
