Samantha came out of the storage room and saw the wrecked mess in the shop.
She shouted anxiously, “What the hell are you doing? How dare you smash my restaurant? You still have to be reasonable, you know?”
“Reasonable?” Ezekiel scoffed. “I almost puked because I found a cockroach in your food, and you even had the nerve to accuse me of doing it on purpose. I don’t care if God himself shows up. No one’s saving you!”
The thugs Ezekiel brought smashed everything they could and were now even trying to pin down Damien and Samantha for a beating. Seeing that, Hannah quickly handed Chloe into Anathea’s arms.
She smashed off the bottom of the beer bottle she was holding to reveal the sharp glass and stepped in front of the Lowes.
“Come, if you dare!” she shouted at Ezekiel.
Everything was suddenly silent. Every eye turned to Hannah.
Ezekiel was just over six feet and six inches, while Hannah was six feet and eight inches. With her heeled shoes, she towered over him completely. Her striking features gave off a fierce energy–she appeared commanding without even trying.
“Phew, I didn’t expect you to be such a feisty hot stuff!” Ezekiel commented, rubbing the stubble on his chin.As he looked Hannah over, his eyes brightened. “You’re pretty. You look like a movie star. I like it.”
He whistled and stepped forward.
Hannah took a wary step back, her tone cold. “What do you want?”
“Aw, come on. I’m a reasonable guy. I’m always gentle with ladies. What happened earlier was just a misunderstanding. Don’t take it to heart, sweetheart.”
Ezekiel raised a hand, and his men paused mid–rampage. “I don’t want anything. I just want to make friends.”
“Make friends?” Hannah smirked, arching an eyebrow. “And how do you propose we become friends?”
“That’s easy.” Ezekiel’s eyes roved over Hannah shamelessly as he licked his lips. “Come with me and make me feel good, and maybe I’ll consider letting them off. Sound good?”
Samantha’s eyes widened, and she pointed at Ezekiel, cursing, “What? You basta-”
“Sure,” Hannah interrupted, smiling. She sounded so casual that everyone froze in surprise.
Did she just agree?
“Hannah, no!” Samantha shouted in panic.
“Shut up!” Ezekiel roared at Samantha, then turned to Hannah with a smirk. “I like that. I like a woman who knows how to get things done. Are we leaving now?”
“There’s no rush. Come here first.” Hannah’s tone turned coy, and her eyes had a flirtatious look as she gave him a teasing wink.
Ezekiel didn’t move, still a little wary.
When Hannah deliberately set the bottle down, he began to itch with eagerness.
“Come on,” Hannah uttered, beckoning him with her finger. “What, are you scared of me?”
“Scared? Hell no!” Ezekiel grinned and stepped forward, practically drooling.
With a seductive smile, Hannah reached out and placed a hand on his shoulder. “You’ve got such broad shoulders. You must work out a lot,” she said with mock surprise.

“Damn right I do! I haul six hundred bags of cement a day. That’s easy stuff!” Ezekiel puffed up with pride and flexed his shoulders to show off.
”
“Wow, impressive,” Hannah muttered in awe.
If Ezekiel had a tail, it would be wagging. Well, truth be told, the front one practically was.
Hannah glanced downward, a smirk curling on her lips. Her fingers slid over his shoulder, her voice soft, “Your upper body is so strong. It’s just a shame your lower half doesn’t measure up at all!
Her tone suddenly shifted from sultry to thunderous as she yelled the last part. At the same time, she grabbed his shoulder and bent her knee, slamming it hard upward.
Anathea quickly covered Chloe’s eyes.
“Ow! Fuck!”
Ezekiel’s shriek echoed through the restaurant. He clutched his groin, his face turning as red as a tornato. Veins bulged on his forehead as he pointed at her. “You goddamn bitch! I’m going to fucking kill you!”
