“S–Stay away from me! I’m not scared of you!” Samuel shouted, but he kept backing up as Chloe stepped closer and closer.
In a panic to run, Samuel accidentally tripped over his own feet, stumbled, and fell forward.

“Ms. Garcia… she hit me.” Samuel pointed straight at Chloe.
“Ms. Garcia-“Chloe started.
But Emily cut her off coldly, “Chloe, come to the office with me.”
The video ended there, and everyone in the room wore different expressions.
The one sweating the most was undoubtedly Emily.
Hannah stared at Emily and questioned coldly, “So, you never even listened to my daughter’s explanation and just assumed she was guilty?”
Emily felt a layer of cold sweat break out on her back. “That… was my oversight. I was focused on tending to Samuel’s injury and paid less attention to Chloe.”
“Paid less attention? More like you didn’t pay her any attention at all! If I hadn’t arrived in time, I think you would’ve forced my daughter to kneel and apologize to that lying brat!” Hannah was furious.
Emily lowered her head, not daring to say anything.

Biting her lip, Shirley quickly reached for the smartwatch.
But Anathea had already anticipated her move and pulled it back just in time. “Ms. Watson, even if you destroy the smartwatch, it’s pointless. It’s synced to my phone. The video is already backed up.”
“Who said I was going to destroy it? Don’t go accusing me without proof!” Shirley snapped. “It’s just a little scuffle between kids. Is this really necessary?”
“Of course it is!” Hannah stepped right up to Shirley. She was already a head taller than Shirley, and she was exuding such a strong presence that it was impossible to ignore.
“I don’t take my daughter’s suffering lightly!”
