Chapter 33
Chapter 33
Pierce woke up when he heard the familiar sounds of Arianna’s loud snoring. She snuck into his room at some point and was now hogging all the creat.
The doorbell rang, causing Pierce to groan lowly as he shuffled out of bed. He threw a shirt on and raced down the stairs when he remembered who it
was.
“Good morning. We have a delivery for Mr. Pierce White. A proud owner of a Tesla Roadster?”
“That’s correct.”
“Sign here, and we’ll be good to go,” the delivery man said.
Pierce quickly scrawled his signature on the tablet and accepted the keys. He barely had the door closed when Arianna came stumbling down the stairs…naked.
“Who was at the door?”
“Are you going to make it a habit of walking around naked?”
“It’s usually what I do at home, but if you have a problem with it, then toss me your shirt.”
“I don’t have a problem with it…it’s just going to take some getting used to. How are you feeling?”
“Not too horrible. I have a slight headache, and my eyes are killing me,” she said, rummaging in her purse. Arianna pulled out her sunglasses, donned them on her face, and popped a few aspirins before heading to the kitchen.
“You hungry?” she asked.
“I’m starving, actually.”
Pierce followed Arianna into the kitchen, checking out her backside the entire way.
“What are you feeling for breakfast this morning, Pierce?” Arianna asked, bending down to survey the shelves.
“You.”
“Not happening.”
“Why not?”
“I can’t touch you? Then you can’t touch me. It’s as simple as that. How about an omelet?”
Fuck an omelet is what Pierce wanted to say, but he settled on pancakes instead. Pierce tentatively watched as Arianna moved around the kitchen. He was aching for her. He wanted to caress her silky skin and taste her forbidden fruit, but instead, he would have to settle on the bowl of fresh–cut strawberries that she sat in front of him.
“Are you excited to go car shopping today?”
“Not particularly, no. I’m not excited about having a car payment again for the next several years,” she admitted.
“I hear that. Not having payments can be so…liberating.”
“You got it. I didn’t even get to taste that freedom for a month. I hope they burn in Hell”
“Don’t worry, Ari. Karma will catch up to them soon.”
Pierce could see that talking about her parents put Arianna in a sullen mood, and he knew just what to do to lift her spirits.

Chapter 33
“They just delivered the Tesla this morning. Do you want to drive it to the dealership this morning?”
“Oh my God, I fucking love this car, Pierce!” Arianna exclaimed as she tore through the streets on the way to the dealership.
“I can tell, honey. Why don’t you slow down a little bit?” Pierce suggested.
Arianna noticed how tense Pierce was next to her and instantly slowed down. “I’m sorry if I was going too fast. It won’t happen again. Look, we’re arriving at the dealership now. I’ll let you drive back home. Thanks for letting me take it out for a spin.”
“Don’t mention it. Just park right next to that red car.”
“Are you talking about that sweet ass Jaguar?”
“Yes, ma’am.”
Arianna released a heavy sigh, knowing that she could never afford something that nice. She was probably going to leave the lot with another Honda Civic or something similar.
A car salesman excitedly greeted Pierce. “Good Morning, Mr. White. We’re happy that you and your lovely wife could make it. All the paperwork is done, and here are the keys.”
Arianna didn’t even blink an eye when the car salesman called her his wife. Wife, partner, whatever. At the end of the day, all it meant was that she was his, and he was hers.
“So, what do you think?” Pierce asked, turning Arianna towards the Jaguar F–Type.
“It’s sexy, but we’re wasting time looking at cars I can’t afford. Hey, where are they going with your car?”
“They’re taking it.”
“Why?”
“Because I traded it in for your new Jaguar.”
“Stop. This isn’t funny, Pierce. Make it, make sense,” Arianna begged, nearly in tears.
“I didn’t need the Tesla. It was more car than I could handle. You needed a car, and I traded my car in so that you could get one. Don’t worry about money either. They cut me a check for the difference. I wanted to give you the Tesla, but I imagined it would cause a lot of drama, so I decided to go with something under $100k. If it makes you feel better, you can cut me a $1200.00 check to pay the difference of the bingo cards! purchased.”
Arianna remained speechless as she stared at the keys in her open palm. A part of her wanted to give the car back and find something reasonably within her price range, but then the other part of her wanted to hold her middle fingers high in the sky at anyone who opened their mouth against her. If she wasn’t happy, then what was the point? From this point forward, women and men would call her a gold–digger, which was truly ironic since 85% of them probably didn’t even marry for love. They married to maintain their wealth for several generations to come and treated marriages like business deals. Arianna didn’t have to pop her pussy for this car. Hell, she didn’t even have to get on her knees for it, and that’s more than most women at Elite SA could
say.
Pierce reached over and wiped away the silent tears that trailed down Arianna’s face. He knew they were tears of joy and wrapped her in his embrace. “What do you say?”
Arianna pulled away and sniffed away her tears./Um…lemme grab my checkbook.”
“That’s what I like to hear,” Pierce said with a broad grin.
