Upon arriving at the hospital, Aria followed behind Kane as they entered Seraphina’s hospital room together.
Seraphina save Kane and smiled, sating up. “Kane, you.” Her gaze flicked to Aria behind him, her expression momentarily freezing, her hands girly clenching the bed sheets.
How could he bring another woman to see her!
Aria looked away, walked up to Seraphina, and smiled slightly. “Ms. Cross, I’m sorry about what happened before.”
Seraphina was stunned.
Would this woman actually apologize to her?
After bowing three times to her, Aria said. “I wish Ms. Cross good health and all the best, forever and always.”
Seraphina:

Only for death could be that. This woman was mocking her!
Kane reached out and pulled Aria away, slightly annoyed. “Is this your way of apologizing?”
“Kane, forget it. I’m fine. Dr. Ashworth has sincerely apologized..” Seraphina stared at Kane holding Aria’s hand, gritting her teeth.
Aria wrenched her arm from his grasp. “You heard it too–the person involved has already said to let it go. Also, you only mentioned me apologizing to Ms. Cross. Isn’t bowing more sincere than just lowering my bead?”
Kane squinted and stared at her.
Something had definitely changed about her.
Aria calmly averted her gaze from him. “I’ve already apologized and shown proper respect. I won’t disturb you two anymore
She left without looking back.
Seraphina turned to look at Kane, and in that ment, her face was incredibly dark.
She had underestimated Aria!
Aria went to the restroom to wash her hands, composed her emotions, then walked out
chalooked in her footsteps pausing momentarily.
