‘What the hell? Sylvia actually opened the financial dashboard on the tablet so easily? It doesn’t require Master Cameron’s signature to open? How did she pull that off?‘ wondered Dillan.
Dillan gaped at Sylvia in shock. He’d just watched her doodle carelessly in the signature box, yet she effortlessly unlocked it.
Whether by sheer luck or not, Dillan’s heart pounded with excitement as he immediately snatched the tablet from Sylvia’s hands.
But to Dillan’s astonishment, the tablet immediately relocked the moment it moved away from Sylvia’s face.
Dillan gritted his teeth and scribbled randomly in the signature box again, but no miracle occurred. The tablet emitted a sharp warning beep. Signature invalid.
Sylvia sneered inwardly. This tablet wasn’t just protected by a signature but also facial recognition. There was absolutely no way anyone could transfer a single cent without her authorization.
Dillan was seething with frustration. Staring at the staggering balance on the screen, he couldn’t withdraw a single cent.
He couldn’t bring himself to say it. If he did, no one here would believe he was really Master Cameron.
“I’ll leave the money in the account for now. Let me check how the production is coming along.” Dillan swaggered onto the film set, putting on airs.
Several actors were still filming when Dillan arrived. Having all seen the recent online buzz about him being Master Cameron, they shot him flattering, ingratiating looks, eager to get on his good side.
Dillan’s chest swelled with pride, his earlier frustration vanishing in an instant.
With the assistant director and crew trailing behind him, Dillan’s chest swelled with even more pride. This kind of ego boost wasn’t something money could buy.
Dillan glanced back and frowned. Sylvia wasn’t trailing after him like the other sycophants.
“Sylvia,” Dillan snapped, “why are you just standing there? Weren’t you working on this film set all this time? Come give me the rundown.”
Sylvia gave a wry smile. Dillan was really full of himself, just as she wanted. ‘Go on, drag Joanna into this mess. The sooner you do, the sooner I can bury you both,‘ she thought.
But just as Dillan began berating Sylvia, two pairs of eyes from nearby instantly snapped up, icy daggers shooting his way.
The intensity of those gazes made Dillan flinch.
One of them was Angel. Dillan knew she was Byron’s younger sister, the heiress of the prestigious Blair family. She was someone he couldn’t afford to offend.
The other guy was Zander, an a–lister. Zander was not only someone Dillan shouldn’t mess with, but also someone who’d almost gotten into a fight with him as soon as he got there. No way Dillan would risk tangling with him.
“Sylvia, don’t listen to him! Stop indulging his nonsense!” Angel settled Sylvia into a chair and retrieved her designer bag.
“I’ve got some time before my scene,” Angel said. “Let me give you a proper facial treatment.”
Though she had no idea why Sylvia was indulging Dillan like this, she wouldn’t interfere with Sylvia’s plans.
To Angel, Sylvia was her ultimate idol, the real Master Cameron. She admired and adored Sylvia deeply.
“Alright.” Sylvia relaxed into the chair, her long legs elegantly crossed, letting Angel pamper her with a facial treatment.

Angel used only top–tier international skincare brands on Sylvia. The array of bottles and jars placed on the nearby chair were all luxury products, any single one of thent would cost a small fortune.
In the sweltering midsummer heat, the film set was stifling. Zander, the a–lister himself, was standing by Sylvia’s side, gently fanning her with an elegant folding fan, trying to keep her cool.
Sylvia blissfully enjoyed the royal treatment, so relaxed that she dozed off right in the chair.
Noticing that Sylvia had fallen asleep, neither Angel nor Zander disturbed her.
Even when they went off to film their scenes, Zander specifically instructed his bodyguard to stand guard beside Sylvia, making sure no one would wake her up.
Angel and Zander star in this show, playing characters who have a rocky love–hate relationship with lots of emotional twists.
The next scene depicted a passionate, intimate embrace between Angel and Zander.
It took over an hour to film, but Angel and Zander finally nailed the scene, bringing their characters‘ passionate romance to life.
The crew burst into applause. For a second there, they looked like a real couple in love–so sweet and totally mesmerizing.
But as soon as the scene ended, Angel and Zander gave each other cautious looks and then rushed to Sylvia without a second thought, each trying to get to her first.
They noticed Sylvia had woken up. Both rushed to be first at her side, neither willing to let the other beat them to her.
“Sylvia, you’re finally awake,” Dillan exclaimed impatiently.
Dillan hadn’t left the set. He’d been waiting impatiently for Sylvia for over an hour.
If it weren’t for Zander’s bodyguard standing guard nearby, he would’ve woken her up long ago.
His face darkened as he snapped at Sylvia, “Don’t you realize you almost ruined my important business meeting?”
Sylvia stretched lazily and got up from her chair, shooting a sleepy look, “Business meeting? What’s that supposed to mean?”
Dillan leaned in close to Sylvia and hissed through gritted teeth, “I’ve arranged a meeting with a business tycoon to discuss a deal. I need your car and you’re coming with me.”
What he coveted was Sylvia’s Porsche Cayenne.
How could he show up for a big meeting in that old Volkswagen? It was especially bad since he was meeting with a rich kid he’d been trying really hard to get on board. Driving that car would be totally embarrassing.
Bringing Sylvia along was just for show. With her stunning looks and elegant poise, she made the perfect accessory.
Honestly, Sylvia wasn’t his first choice. He would have much rather had Joanna by his side.
To Dillan, Joanna was simply perfect.
But he planned to wait until the deal was sealed before telling Joanna the good news. He just wanted to see
Sylvia’s guard went up instantly when she heard Dillan was planning a business deal with someone.

Sylvia suspected Dillan planned to negotiate using the Master Cameron identity. If he pulled any shady business under that name, it could backfire on
her.
“Fine, I’ll go with you,” Sylvia said.
